What you will do

• Design top-tier financial products using analytical skills
• Develop deep end-to-end understanding of debit and credit products
• Design and monitor performance metrics for card products
• Analyze conversion funnels, customer behavior, and in-app actions for growth opportunities
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses to shape product decisions
• Build dashboards and reports to simplify complex data
• Identify profitability bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Work on new features from research, definition, measurement, to iteration
• Conduct in-depth research and investigations

Requirements

• Math, engineering, or technical degree (or equivalent analytical track record)
• Passion for mathematical approach to solving tricky problems
• Readiness to own process end-to-end from idea to delivery
• Comfortable with hypothesis testing (know when to use t-test vs z-test and why)
• Able to turn data into clear stories and present confidently
• Ready to take initiative, not just execute tasks
• English B1+ - enough to collaborate and communicate in writing
