Location: Must be a resident of Latin America. Hybrid option available at the office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Salary: $1,400 – $2,300 per month (depending on level)

What you will do
- Master the platform to provide expert-level support across phone, email, chat, and Zoom.
- Manage client implementation and migration of messaging data to the platform.
- Coordinate with providers like Twilio, Telnyx, and Bandwidth for successful account launches.
- Onboard and train users on platform features to maximize their efficiency.
- Maintain high engagement with response times under 2 minutes for chat and 2 hours for email.
- Contribute to product improvement and develop written documentation for the support center.
Requirements
- Full English fluency required to service U.S. markets.
- Must be based in Latin America.
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and data management software.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
