What you will do

• Recruit and onboard influencers into Amazon Affiliate and Influencer Programs.
• Manage ongoing communications and foster relationships with content creators.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including revenue, conversions, and ROAS.
• Procure and organize high-quality user-generated content (UGC) for promotional use.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, creative briefs, and execution of marketing strategies.
• Provide reports with insights and recommendations to optimize program performance.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing.
• Strong familiarity with Amazon Affiliate and Influencer platforms and tools.
• Proven ability to recruit and negotiate partnerships with influencers.
• Experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics such as ROAS and engagement.
• Skilled in sourcing and organizing UGC from creators.
• US-based or familiarity with the US market is a plus.
