What you will do

  • Provide 3rd level 24/7 support for strategic cloud platforms and point of arrival products.
  • Proactively monitor health and trends of services and components to ensure stability.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve major incidents, driving root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Manage minor maintenance, automation, and security improvements.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, network teams, and incident managers.
  • Participate in OnCall shifts to ensure continuous system availability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of extensive knowledge in Linux system administration.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting incidents within large, complex environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of SOAP/REST APIs, data flows, and OS metrics.
  • Knowledge of TCP/TLS, databases, Git, and build pipelines.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
  • Experience with Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, or JBoss.
  • Ability to troubleshoot TCP and TLS connections.
