Salary: $45,800 – $58,200 per year ($22 - $28/hour)

What you will do
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise business applications and software workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues for print-on-demand and billing systems.
- Provide production support for workflow tools and production systems.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), QA/QC, and new client onboarding.
- Manage and track technical issues using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize application performance and service delivery.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of application or software support experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with business workflows (e.g., order, billing, or production).
- Experience in UAT, QA, or system testing.
Nice to have
- Experience with print/workflow or production software.
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking.
