Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per year

What you will do

• Resolve data-related questions, tasks, and issues across software platforms via ticketing and chat.
• Perform data sanitization, verification, import, and export functions across products.
• Update and maintain data mappings using XML and XSLT.
• Create, execute, and modify SQL scripts to optimize database calls and perform integrations with Student Information Systems.
• Troubleshoot and modify software interacting with third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with Data Integration Engineers to ensure authentications and SSOs function as expected.

Requirements

• Current and continued residency within the United States is required.
• 2-5 years of prior customer service or technical support experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets functionality.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to cover evening and weekend hours as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Joomla, etc.).
• Experience working with APIs.
