Salary: $190K – $230K

What you will do

• Develop and optimize the international user experience across the entire product stack.
• Lead end-to-end solutions, translating ambiguous business problems into clear technical implementations.
• Drive delivery and experimentation to grow the international footprint in markets like the UK, France, Germany, and Australia.
• Balance development speed, product impact, and technical excellence.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to building inclusive, supportive teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of generalist software development experience in high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of building high-scale product experiences as a full-stack engineer.
• Proficiency with Python for backend and Postgres databases.
• Experience with React and GraphQL for API development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of New York, NY.
