What you will do

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for billing, invoicing, financial operations, and support automation from the ground up.
• Partner with engineers, finance, and operations teams to align on solutions improving customer experience and efficiency.
• Use data, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify inefficiencies, prioritize features, and track performance.
• Influence stakeholders, make trade-offs for high-impact launches, and drive revenue through financial and support products.
• Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to ensure products meet operational and customer needs.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-heavy products
• Fintech background or strong experience with billing, invoicing, financial systems (highly preferred)
• Strong product judgment, analytical skills, data-first mindset, and comfort owning KPIs
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, take ownership, unblock issues, and ship fast
• Familiarity with support automation tools like Zendesk, Forethought, Intercom (strong plus)
