What you will do

• Define cloud network requirements, architecture, designs, and standards aligned with business goals.
• Design technical solutions for new products using network security infrastructure and cloud connectivity.
• Manage LAN/WAN implementations, configurations for routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and equipment upgrades.
• Analyze network performance metrics, capacity, cloud quotas, and monitoring.
• Lead network infrastructure support including MSPs, cloud providers, and vendors; perform root cause analysis.
• Champion emerging technologies and processes to enhance end-user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related + 15 years in network engineering (IPsec, TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, Firewalls)
• Expert in enterprise cloud architecture, network design/implementation focused on AWS & GCP
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols, VPN, Firewalls, Proxies, security appliances
• Experience with Python/Java, Terraform (IaC), AWS/GCP VPCs/Direct Connects, Ansible/Harness
• Network certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE preferred
• Open to flexible hours including evenings/weekends per support rotation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Understanding of NOC operations and incident management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
