What you will do

• Act as a bridge between business partners and technical teams to articulate and implement scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, functional designs, and actionable plans.
• Support the development and optimization of backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and user needs.
• Document product features, workflows, and operational manuals focusing on standardization, security, and performance.
• Mentor team members on technical products and facilitate the project management lifecycle.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills for effective engagement with global clients and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong technical background in backend development, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum principles.
• Exceptional documentation and problem-solving skills.
