• Develop JVM applications utilizing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.

• Continuously optimize systems and improve internal engineering ways of working.
• Mentor and coach other members of the department to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive experience in Java or Kotlin programming.
• 3+ years of practical experience in test-driven development (TDD).
• In-depth experience working within cross-functional, agile development teams.
• Must be able to work on-site 2 days per week in Leeds or London.
