Location: On-site in Warsaw (Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day WFM)

What you will do

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure to enhance reliability, scalability, and operability.
• Define and drive cloud standards across infrastructure, networking, security, and CI/CD.
• Design highly available systems using cloud-native approaches, including microservices, containers, and serverless.
• Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to ensure consistency.
• Improve system visibility through advanced monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
• Collaborate with backend, data, and security teams to align infrastructure with product requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or cloud infrastructure.
• Solid experience building and running production systems in public clouds (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (IaC).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VPC, load balancing, and DNS.
• Practical experience with cloud security, IAM, encryption, and secrets management.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-scale systems and event-driven architectures.
• Background in SRE or a strong focus on reliability engineering.
• Professional Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure Architect).
