What you will do

• Develop strategic data management plans to define how data creates value and drive the adoption of AI-powered insights.
• Lead the development of data management platforms including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, MDM, data quality, and cataloging.
• Drive experimentation and POCs with emerging AI/ML and GenAI tools to build accelerator solutions.
• Lead consulting engagements related to data quality, observability, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to build a robust solution landscape.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and extended teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building data architecture and software solutions.
• Strong command of backend solution architecture and data engineering using Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Glue.
• Proven experience using agentic development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience implementing self-serve, metadata-driven data pipelines.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, specifically Azure and GCP.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with data lakes, lakehouse, data mesh, or data fabric.
• Certification in Data Catalog or MDM SaaS solutions.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar Agentic frameworks.
• Industry experience in FMCG/CPG.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other languages for data services.
