Salary: $144,000 – $233,300 (varies by location)

What you will do

• Lead and perform cybersecurity capability, threat, and risk assessments.
• Review network and security architectures and system configurations for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop strategic recommendations to mature client cybersecurity programs, technology, and processes.
• Manage full-lifecycle client engagements from planning and fieldwork execution to reporting.
• Collaborate with client management to resolve problems and implement operational improvements.
• Stay current on global cybersecurity trends and emerging risks to provide consultative guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience in a consulting practice or similar function.
• Required certifications: CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or cloud security certifications (e.g., AZ-500, AWS Certified Security, Google Cloud Professional).
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, NYS DFS 500, PCI-DSS, and CIS Controls.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
