What you will do

• Design visually engaging web pages, campaign assets, and digital marketing materials for global initiatives.
• Create social media graphics, email templates, and animations aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to translate objectives into impactful visual designs.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools and generative technologies to streamline workflows and enhance output.
• Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality standards and timelines.
• Review and approve assets from third-party vendors and provide design direction to external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web design, digital design, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, campaign, or web design work.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern digital design tools.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation and design workflows.
• Must be permanently located in Costa Rica.
• All applications must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation tools such as After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing and building email marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with global marketing teams or creative agencies.
