What you will do

• Lead risk, compliance, and regulatory affairs across financial, labor, and local domains in the Philippines.
• Act as the primary hirify.global of contact for key regulators including BSP, AMLC, DOLE, NPC, BIR, and SEC.
• Design and implement internal control frameworks aligned with global standards and Philippine regulations.
• Oversee business permits, licenses, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Drive enterprise risk management practices, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance to ensure compliance across the employee lifecycle and business operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within financial services or fintech.
• Strong working knowledge of the Philippine regulatory landscape, including DOLE labor laws, BIR tax compliance, and LGU requirements.
• Experience working with PEZA, BOI, NPC or other investment promotion agencies.
• Proven experience managing multi-agency regulatory engagements, audits, and inspections.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
• Working hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT.
