What you will do

• Partner with Marketing to analyze and optimize the full customer funnel, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn.
• Build and maintain statistical models for marketing use cases like attribution, LTV, CAC, churn prediction, and cohort analysis.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B and multivariate experiments across channels and on-site experiences.
• Translate business questions into analytical projects with clear metrics and timelines.
• Collaborate with data engineering on data requirements and communicate findings to stakeholders via dashboards and presentations.
• Contribute to team best practices, mentor juniors, and stay current on marketing analytics trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or related quantitative role.
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python for analysis, statistics, and modeling; SQL with production datasets.
• Experience with marketing/growth problems: funnel analysis, experimentation, attribution, retention modeling.
• Solid statistical methods, experimentation design, model evaluation.
• Cross-functional agile experience; Git, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure); strong communication skills.
