TL;DR

Third Party Security Programme Manager (Cybersecurity): Planning and facilitating global delivery of TPS Operations to hirify.global policy requirements, managing assessments, special projects, and operational support. Focus on programme management of assessment activities, project delivery, strategic initiatives for innovation, and monitoring TPSMS performance.

Location: Hybrid (60% in the office), Nottingham based

What you will do

  • Own the TPS Service Scorecard and collaborate with regional TPS Managers to meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Manage the TPS assessment programme to ensure completion of activities per hirify.global policy.
  • Lead special projects and change management initiatives to deliver on scope and timelines.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and team OKRs.
  • Support VP with monitoring, operational reports, and issue escalations for TPSMS.
  • Provide guidance to TPS resources, audits, stakeholders, and improve communications and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in GRC, automation, process improvement, or information security roles.
  • Background in overseeing technical security programmes, audits, or security projects.
  • Experience researching security solutions, providing guidance, and challenging risks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SQL, Power BI, SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience preferred.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across large organisations for roadmap delivery.
