What you will do
- Identify public sector opportunities, map decision-makers in ministries, agencies, and municipalities.
- Qualify tenders, present solutions emphasizing fiscal impact and well-being outcomes.
- Collaborate on tender preparation, documentation, and submissions.
- Serve as main contact for accounts, conduct check-ins, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with Legal, Merchant, and Product teams; maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce.
- Stay updated on public regulations and procurement calendars.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Administration, Business, or Law
- 3–5 years in public-sector sales, tender-based acquisition, or institutional client development
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital benefit systems preferred
