What you will do

  • Identify public sector opportunities, map decision-makers in ministries, agencies, and municipalities.
  • Qualify tenders, present solutions emphasizing fiscal impact and well-being outcomes.
  • Collaborate on tender preparation, documentation, and submissions.
  • Serve as main contact for accounts, conduct check-ins, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Merchant, and Product teams; maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on public regulations and procurement calendars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Administration, Business, or Law
  • 3–5 years in public-sector sales, tender-based acquisition, or institutional client development
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital benefit systems preferred
