What you will do

• Lead development of integrity management projects, collaborating with global research centers and cross-functional teams
• Design, formulate, and test integrity management products to meet customer performance requirements
• Manage technical service requests from customer engagement to analysis and reporting
• Develop patentable technologies and strengthen IP portfolio through patent applications
• Serve as global technical expert, supporting sales, marketing, field operations, and customer engagements
• Enhance lab methodologies, monitor competitive landscape, and provide field support as needed

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related with 5+ years R&D in oilfield production chemicals, or Bachelor's with 10+ years relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to design, conduct, and analyze complex HPHT corrosion experiments using rotating cage autoclaves, rotating cylinder electrode, and H2S scavengers
• Patent experience: reading, writing, defending patents, and IP strategy development
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, customer interaction, and sales skills
• Track record of technical publications and conference presentations
