What you will do

• Audit and repair tracking infrastructure, including pixels, CAPI, and GTM containers.
• Build and refine PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and X/Twitter.
• Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies between ad platforms, GA4, and CRM/pipeline data.
• Implement server-side tracking (Conversions API) to ensure privacy-compliant event data.
• Execute A/B tests on creative assets, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Develop weekly performance reports linking trends to business outcomes like CAC and pipeline quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
• Hands-on experience implementing and debugging Meta CAPI, gtag.js, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 event models.
• Ability to use browser DevTools, GTM Preview, and Meta Events Manager to resolve tracking failures.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and ePrivacy cookie consent frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with server-side tagging or server-side GTM.
