What you will do

• Lead architecture decisions, technical patterns, and platform standards for GenAI solutions.
• Guide adoption of LLMs, agentic systems, and emerging AI technologies across engineering teams.
• Evaluate, prototype, and recommend tools aligned with the roadmap.
• Own technical estimates, feasibility assessments, and delivery for cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish GenAI governance, safety, security standards, and LLM observability practices.
• Contribute scalable, secure code following engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years software development experience, including 2+ years on production GenAI systems.
• Deep hands-on with LLMs: context engineering, prompt design, structured outputs, evaluation.
• Experience with LLM observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, RAGAS, Arize, PromptFlow).
• Proficiency in Python; experience with LangGraph/LangChain.
• Familiarity with agent-based orchestration, SaaS RESTful APIs, cloud backends.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred); solid testing practices (e.g., pytest).
