What you will do
- Lead architecture decisions, technical patterns, and platform standards for GenAI solutions.
- Guide adoption of LLMs, agentic systems, and emerging AI technologies across engineering teams.
- Evaluate, prototype, and recommend tools aligned with the roadmap.
- Own technical estimates, feasibility assessments, and delivery for cross-functional initiatives.
- Establish GenAI governance, safety, security standards, and LLM observability practices.
- Contribute scalable, secure code following engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years software development experience, including 2+ years on production GenAI systems.
- Deep hands-on with LLMs: context engineering, prompt design, structured outputs, evaluation.
- Experience with LLM observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, RAGAS, Arize, PromptFlow).
- Proficiency in Python; experience with LangGraph/LangChain.
- Familiarity with agent-based orchestration, SaaS RESTful APIs, cloud backends.
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred); solid testing practices (e.g., pytest).

- Agentic workflows with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel.
- LLM fine-tuning, PyTorch/TensorFlow/scikit-learn.
- RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases.
- AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot); software architecture/security principles.
