What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and launch of core product features for Workforce Solutions.
• Design and implement complex distributed systems to support hirify.global associates globally.
• Define technical strategy and roadmap in collaboration with product managers and other technical teams.
• Mentor other engineers and conduct design reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Drive best practices to enable a high-quality, scalable, and reliable product.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
