What you will do

• Work cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and teams to design, develop, and maintain cloud services for Data Platform.
• Promote clear software design, drive better practices, and support DevOps/CI/CD delivery model.
• Ensure high quality in security, reliability, testability, and maintainability.
• Drive innovation with new ideas for processes, tools, and technologies.
• Coach and mentor mid-level and junior staff.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent, 5+ years in enterprise backend systems.
• Experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Cloud-native workloads with Kubernetes, Docker, container registries.
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong AWS (S3, DynamoDB, EC2, Aurora) via IaC/SDK/API.
• CI/CD (Jenkins), Git, end-to-end feature design, production accountability, Agile collaboration.
• Experience coaching juniors on technical projects.

• Data streaming (Kafka, Flink, NiFi, Kinesis).
• Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Clickhouse).
• Data formats (Parquet, Avro, Iceberg).
• SQL scripting with relational DBs.
