What you will do

  • Own lead handoff between marketing and sales, ensuring proper tracking, routing, and reporting via HubSpot.
  • Manage marketing HubSpot instance: create campaigns, forms, workflows, and maintain uniformity.
  • Structure and maintain marketing documentation including tone of voice, ICP, playbooks, and processes in one place.
  • QA marketing analytics and attribution setup, audit for issues, and ensure reliable reporting.
  • Manage task flow and workload for shared resources like designers, analysts, and web developers.
  • Build processes for recurring projects such as website updates, analytics reporting, and campaign operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in marketing operations, operations, or project coordination role.
  • Highly organized with a checklist-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics without needing deep expertise.
  • Understand marketing funnels, attribution, lead routing, and UTMs.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proactive in identifying and fixing organizational issues.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with GA4, PostHog, or Mixpanel.
  • Background in B2B SaaS marketing.
