What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted technical relationships with customer engineering teams.
• Identify technical opportunities and articulate the value of hirify.global solutions to drive business wins.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to design and deliver customized customer solutions.
• Provide customer-driven feedback to influence product positioning and engineering roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional experts to ensure successful implementation of test technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SoC validation/test (test development, DFT, or test-enablement tools).
• Hands-on experience with leading-edge SoC ATE (hirify.global or Advantest).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Must be based in the US; not eligible for sponsorship or international relocation.

Nice to have

• Experience with competitive benchmarking.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET.
• Expertise in advanced packaging technologies or digital/DC/power test techniques.
