What you will do

• Develop graphics and visual materials for reports, presentations, and training products.
• Support the preparation of user manuals, installation guides, and other technical documentation.
• Edit and format technical documents and deliverables to ensure program standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical data into visual formats.
• Ensure all final products meet quality and formatting requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree, OR HS/GED with 10+ years of experience/military experience (E4+).
• Proven experience developing graphics and visual materials.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools and document formatting software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
• Experience producing training or technical documentation.
