What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support for live broadcasts operating out of the Live Command Center.
• Operate and troubleshoot internal systems including intercoms, encoders/decoders, monitors, and room controls.
• Perform routine weekly inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system performance.
• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of simultaneous live broadcasts.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical drawings.
• Coordinate signal paths, routing, and system readiness with operations partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Los Gatos, CA
• 3+ years of experience in broadcast operations, live production support, or broadcast engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of live broadcast signal flow and technical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with intercom systems, encoders/decoders, and monitoring systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to create technical documentation and SOPs.
