Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Full-time, fully on-site

Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Offshore Infrastructure
• Global Network Sourcing: Identify, vet, and onboard PSPs, card acquirers, and EMIs with a proven appetite for offshore-licensed businesses (e.g., Seychelles, Mauritius, Cayman, BVI).
• Entity Architecture: Advise on and manage the use of payment "agents" or regulated intermediaries to bridge the gap between offshore corporate structures and Tier-1 payment schemes.
• Banking & Settlements: Establish and maintain robust B2B settlement corridors to ensure liquidity is moved from processors to corporate accounts without friction or "freezes."
2. Payment Performance & Optimization
• Local Payment Methods (LPMs): Lead the shift away from card-dependency by integrating local bank transfers, e-wallets, and instant-payment schemes in emerging markets (LATAM, Africa, SE Asia).
• Crypto-Fiat Rails: Implement institutional-grade crypto-onramps (USDT/USDC) to provide alternative funding and settlement paths for clients in restricted banking corridors.
• Intelligent Routing: Oversee the optimization of payment orchestration, using cascading logic to ensure that if one gateway drops, another immediately picks up the traffic.

Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a Payment Partnership or Treasury role within High-Risk Fintech, iGaming, or Digital Assets.
• Direct experience operating under offshore regulatory frameworks (FSA, FSC, VFSC, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing high-volume transaction flows (>$20M+ monthly volume).
• Expert-level understanding of the global "High-Risk" merchant ecosystem and the current state of de-risking in traditional banking.
