We’re scaling an in-house payments network across Asia — and we need someone who can build the engine, not just manage it.

🚀 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Bring in and onboard team leaders, wallet holders & counteragents
• Build and scale partner liquidity across RUB / KZ / UZ / AZ
• Run a high-activity Telegram community (real engagement, real flow)
• Push promos, referral systems & growth loops that convert
• Keep daily ops running smooth and fast
• Expand and activate new partner channels constantly

🧠 WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
• Knows payments / P2P / crypto / OTC ecosystems
• Can source partners and close deals fast
• Lives in Telegram and understands how these networks move
• Executes quickly without overthinking
• Builds systems, not just follows instructions
