What you will do

• Develop visually compelling graphics, images, GIFs, and short videos for social media and articles.
• Plan and schedule regular content across platforms like X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and execute campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels following established visual and written guidelines.
• Analyze content performance through engagement metrics to recommend future improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design using Figma, Adobe, and/or Canva.
• Proficiency in social media platforms X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• University degree in marketing or journalism (preferred).
• Ability to work on-site in the London or Brussels office.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects and 3D design programs.
• Interest in cryptocurrency and financial markets.
