CRM Manager (LATAM | iGaming | Remote)
We’re an international iGaming company looking for a CRM Manager to drive retention, LTV, and player engagement across LATAM markets.
What you’ll do:
• Own CRM strategy & lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation)
• Segment users & launch campaigns (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram)
• Run A/B tests and optimize performance
• Analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion, LTV)
Requirements:
• 2+ years in CRM (iGaming/fintech preferred)
• Strong LATAM experience
• Fluent Spanish & Portuguese (required)
• CRM tools (Salesforce, Braze, etc.), data-driven mindset
