What you will do

• Define and implement global purchasing strategy for Freight & Logistics Services across all business units.
• Lead global and regional Lead Buyers and oversee international supplier portfolio.
• Drive negotiations with top suppliers for savings, cost avoidance, and strategic alignment.
• Identify cross-BU synergies, bundling opportunities, and market potentials to optimize logistics spend.
• Review sourcing decisions, define supplier panels, and ensure global master contracts compliance.
• Collaborate with BU, plant, and central logistics functions on requirements and priorities.
• Develop global standards for processes, tools, KPI/reporting, and lead purchasing projects.

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration degree.
• 8+ years in logistics/supply chain in international multicultural environment.
• Deep knowledge of land/sea freight, logistics market, cost calculation, and planning.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex global negotiations.
• Experience with executive stakeholders, strategic presentations, leading international teams in matrix organization.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
