What you will do

• Review and approve job recordings related to tire services and fitments for regular services and breakdowns.
• Verify the necessity of jobs and ensure alignment with organizational and contractual guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal field functions, including Network & Service and Sales teams, for critical cases.
• Perform random and case-based audits in coordination with technical teams in the field.
• Optimize the job approval flow by defining criteria and codes to maximize automatic approval.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulations regarding mileage control.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in supply chain, manufacturing, or quality.
• Experience in the commercial truck tire market or a strong interest in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with systems including SAP, FOS, and eJob.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to discuss critical cases with technicians.
• English: Ability to converse is required; other European languages are an asset.
• Location: Must be based in Debica, Poland for onsite work.
