What you will do

• Own and evolve business-critical first-party integrations, such as Figma and desktop applications.
• Design and ship high-quality integration experiences that balance technical robustness with intuitive usability.
• Transform ambiguous product opportunities into structured, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to prototype and validate new ecosystem ideas.
• Support partners by reviewing integrations, guiding architecture decisions, and defining quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and architecture reviews for new ecosystem initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack or frontend expertise with a track record of shipping scalable, high-quality code.
• Proven experience building integrations, APIs, SDKs, or platform-level features.
• Ability to work on-site in St Gallen, Switzerland once a week.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong UX judgment and a systems-thinking approach to architecture.
• Active use of modern AI tools in the development workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience working on platform or ecosystem-driven products.
• Experience supporting external developers or partners.
• Contributions to public APIs.
