TL;DR

Market Planning Intern (Supply Chain): Support market planners across Southeast Asia in omni-channel operations for consumer beauty and prestige brands with an accent on reporting, inventory management, and new product launches. Focus on analyzing sell-out forecasts, reviewing stock coverage and supply risks, and tracking NPIs performance.

Location: Singapore (hybrid: up to 50% remote)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather retailers’ monthly sell-out data and update forecasts by brand and channel.
  • Review stock coverage by analyzing stock on hand and in transit under sell-in and consignment models, identifying supply risks.
  • Publish monthly excess inventory reports and communicate risks to SEA stakeholders.
  • Maintain master tracker for new product introductions (NPIs) for Prestige brands and analyze launch performance.
  • Support inventory reporting for non-sellable items and budget planning.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate committing to at least 6 months (July–December 2026).
  • Skilled in MS Excel.
  • Strong work ethic, confidentiality, ownership, cross-cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence.
  • Articulate, professional, positive under pressure, independent, resilient, flexible.
  • Enthusiastic learner with strong follow-up discipline and passion for consumer goods and beauty.

Nice to have

  • PowerBI, Tableau, or VBA knowledge.
