TL;DR
Interim CFO (Ecommerce): Lead financial operations, team leadership, and internationalization for a photo printing app with an accent on PSP setups, tax/legal compliance, and market expansions. Focus on driving financial reporting, budgeting, financial modeling, and strategic C-level advising on growth and M&A.
Hybrid in Vienna (40% home office, core hours 10am-4pm Mo-Th / 10am-2pm Fri): Valid work permit for the EU required.
€85,000–€120,000 annual gross (depending on experience).

Global photo printing app with 10M+ users, turning digital memories into physical books and prints using AI, based in Vienna with 100+ team.
What you will do
- Lead 5-person finance team including accounting, controller, and PSP manager.
- Own company-wide financial reporting, budgeting, and goal execution.
- Drive market expansions handling financial, tax, legal, and PSP setups.
- Manage finance operations, payment providers, and logistics solutions.
- Oversight all accounting and tax topics.
- CFO level: Advise CEO on strategy, M&A, board reporting (Head of Finance focuses on operations).
Requirements
- Min. 6-8 years experience for CFO track or 4-6 years for Head of Finance (min. 2 years leadership) in scale-up, ecommerce, or tech.
- Strong leadership and mentoring of specialized teams.
- Deep financial modeling and budgeting expertise.
- Track record in internationalization, PSP, tax, and legal management.
- Experience with payment providers and logistics/supply chain.
- Entrepreneurial mindset for business decision impacts.
- Fluent English.
- Valid work permit for the EU.
