What you will do

  • Serve as finance business partner to functional teams, enabling data-driven decisions and promoting financial acumen.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in planning and reporting.
  • Contribute to month-end closings, including accruals, reclasses, and journal entries.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for strategic initiatives with scenario modeling.
  • Build financial models for forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
  • Enhance reporting packages and dashboards for management insights.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years as FP&A Specialist or Controller in finance, accounting, and business partnering.
  • Track record in business cases, budgeting, and operational decision-making.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with PO systems, financial closings, ERP (e.g., NetSuite), planning tools (e.g., Anaplan).
  • Working knowledge of large datasets and basic SQL.
