What you will do

• Define and evolve the Internal Audit strategy aligned with goals, regulations, and risks
• Develop and execute risk-based annual audit plans, overseeing execution and documentation
• Review audit results, communicate to management and Board, and monitor corrective actions
• Assess regulatory, operational, and compliance risks as the Third Line of Assurance
• Build, lead, and develop the Internal Audit team while managing budget and stakeholder relations
• Act as trusted advisor on controls, governance, and risk mitigation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Internal Audit, including 3 years in leadership
• CIA, CRMA, or comparable certifications (asset)
• Strong knowledge of IIA Standards, risk frameworks, and internal controls
• Solid understanding of gambling industry regulations and compliance
• Proven ability to communicate complex risks to executives and Board
• Analytical, strategic skills with integrity; experience leading audit teams
• Fluent in English
