Senior Backend Developer (Java)

Location: Offices in Łódź, Warsaw, Gdansk; open to candidates based in other locations who are available to travel to the office as needed.

What you will do

• Implement new product features for B2B Fleet solutions, including Leasing and CameraPark Fleet applications supporting partners across Europe.
• Fix bugs, ensure system stability, and improve backend (Java, Spring) and frontend (JavaScript, React) components.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align products with business needs.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-team initiatives in a distributed environment.
• Contribute to team-owned systems and shared platforms.
• Support scaling products to new countries beyond fleet management.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English.
• 5+ years strong experience with Java and Spring framework.
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, web services.
• Understanding of database systems and SQL.
• Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted development platforms.
