What you will do
- Define and execute technical vision, prototype and validate new architectural ideas and refactoring initiatives.
- Contribute to new and existing functionalities, proof of concepts, and technical improvements in Trade Finance Capability.
- Work across departments, foster collaboration, and incorporate feedback from Pre-Sales and Customer Success.
- Lead by example as expert in backend topics, radiate ways of working, and interact internally and externally.
- Drive solutions using Spring Boot, in-house libraries, CI/CD, and Agile practices for regulated banking market.
Requirements
- Located in Kraków
- Solid background in software development, design, and architectural patterns.
- Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, JPA, Hibernate, CI/CD, and strong microservices expertise.
- Experience in cloud-native deployments and traditional servers (WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat).
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) and non-functionals like security, performance, scalability.
- Excellent spoken and written English; solid understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns; experience as technical leader.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking domain or Fintech products.
- Full-Stack developer skills.
