What you will do

• Develop and maintain resilient microservices and event-driven applications.
• Contribute to system and application architecture and create detailed design and maintenance documentation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to company standards and best practices.
• Assist in transitioning the technology landscape to a scalable, cloud-first, and containerized architecture.
• Implement and manage API technologies using Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Design and optimize relational databases using Oracle and PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience, specifically using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs with a strong understanding of web protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise integration patterns for high-performance architectures.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and extensive use of Oracle or PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as fintech, banking, or payments.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of services and utilizing service mesh or API gateways.
• Proficiency with observability tools that facilitate technical support.
