What you will do

  • Architect hirify.global Identity's multi-tenant platform supporting cross-tenant isolation and enterprise security.
  • Implement advanced token management, including refresh token rotation and real-time revocation.
  • Design global identity infrastructure with edge optimization and cross-region replication for sub-millisecond latency.
  • Build enterprise identity federation capabilities, including SAML bridge patterns and external IdP chaining.
  • Drive compliance frameworks like SOC 2, FedRAMP, and GDPR through audit trails and data residency controls.
  • Mentor engineering teams on zero-trust architectures and service mesh integration patterns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building production identity platforms at scale.
  • Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and emerging standards like OAuth 2.1.
  • Proven experience architecting multi-tenant platforms with complex isolation requirements.
  • Strong background in cryptographic protocols, JWT patterns, and HSM integration.
  • Experience with global identity infrastructure and geo-distributed token validation.
  • Location: Must be based in the US or Canada
