What you will do

• Design and build modular, testable, and well-structured software across the full stack.
• Integrate agentic development tools as a core part of the workflow for design, implementation, and testing.
• Evaluate and experiment with new agent architectures and prompting strategies to push engineering boundaries.
• Communicate findings and breakthroughs to the wider R&D organization through demos, write-ups, and talks.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the software lifecycle, from initial idea through deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in full stack software development (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Rust).
• Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.
• Proven track record of building production-quality systems that are maintainable and well-structured.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Linköping, Sweden.
• Strong inclination towards documenting and sharing knowledge with peers to raise the team's technical bar.

Nice to have

• Experience with video processing technologies such as GStreamer, FFmpeg, or WebRTC.
• Experience in UX/UI design and implementation.
