Salary: $204,000 - $244,000 OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic Grafana customers.
• Design observability maturity journeys and execute technical roadmaps for clients.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, conduct regular health checks, and assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product Management to advocate for customer needs and shape the product roadmap.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the technology suite.
• Identify opportunities for clients to optimize costs and expand their use of the platform to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based on the US West Coast or East Coast.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, TAM, consulting, or Professional Services within the tech industry.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions; experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients (up to 25%).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of post-sales technical experience specifically with open-source or observability technologies.
• Proven ability to connect product usage to tangible business value (ROI).
• Expertise in managing the entire customer lifecycle and solving adoption challenges.
