What you will do

• Own analytical success for a feature area by defining metrics, building datasets, and driving data-driven decisions
• Conduct deep-dive and root-cause analyses to guide feature development and opportunity sizing
• Design and analyze experiments to measure feature impact, user behavior, and causal relationships
• Develop measurement plans for growth initiatives and contribute to forecasting models
• Advise product, engineering, and leadership teams to implement decisions
• Promote measurement culture and analytical standards organization-wide

Requirements

• 6+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative analysis with proven influence on business decisions
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency for analysis, modeling, and validation
• Experience in A/B testing, causal inference, time-series forecasting, and statistical modeling
• Strong communication of findings to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with directional insights
