What you will do

• Architect and refine relevance models using ML to improve ad performance and user engagement.
• Develop and optimize bidding policies with reinforcement learning, Bayesian methods, and advanced algorithms.
• Build and deploy meta-learning frameworks for personalized ad experiences from user interactions.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure impact on business metrics.
• Bridge ideation to production by hardening experiments into scalable solutions using Python, Kubernetes on AWS, Airflow, MLFlow, Trino.
• Share knowledge, engage in architectural debates, and foster collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Data Science in AdTech, mobile gaming, e-commerce or similar.
• Track record architecting and deploying ML solutions with expertise in real-time large-scale recommender systems and neural networks.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, experience with distributed data environments and automated ML pipelines.
• Solid mathematical foundation, ability to explain complex algorithms clearly.
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset balancing excellence and velocity.
• Clear, direct communication and strong team player.
