What you will do
- Execute on the product roadmap by creating and implementing technical designs for messaging features.
- Level-up development practices and champion code quality through reviews and feedback.
- Collaborate with product, design, and ML teams to build scalable systems integrated with LLMs.
- Stay close to customer feedback to ensure the best AI agent platform experience.
- Mentor engineers via code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years as Software Developer, strong preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong web experience and exposure to mobile ecosystems (native apps, SDKs, mobile web).
- Experience with SDKs (building/integrating), API design, developer ergonomics, extensibility.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shaping paths with product/design.
- Ability to articulate technical decisions, trade-offs, and architecture choices.
- Proven mentoring experience.
