What you will do

• Translate client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements for internal teams.
• Build technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management as primary advisor.
• Handle technical questions, assist in accelerating customer development of hirify.global technology.
• Organize workshops and training sessions for customers alongside engineering teams.
• Guide customers through design process with architecture/schematic reviews and product feature training.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate technology value.

Requirements

• At least 7 years in technical customer-facing role (FAE, System Architect) in Semiconductor industry.
• Experience with AI Embedded Applications.
• Experience in global environment bridging North America customer needs with European HQ teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Strong coding skills in Python, C/C++.
• Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Embedded Development Kits and AI background.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
