What you will do

• Design conversational interfaces and interactive workflows for AI-powered data transformation.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that make complex transformation logic transparent and trustworthy for auditors and finance teams.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries across web applications.
• Conduct user research to understand the mental models and pain points of finance professionals.
• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and production handoff.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to iterate rapidly based on real-world usage patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience shipping web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, preferably Figma.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, with a strong focus on flows and states.
• Ability to produce a full range of deliverables, from rough wireframes to polished production specs.

Nice to have

• Experience designing data tools, BI platforms, dashboards, or analytics products.
• Experience with AI/LLM product design and conversational interfaces with non-deterministic outputs.
• Understanding of enterprise UX patterns such as audit trails, permissions, and bulk operations.
• Knowledge of financial domain workflows or accounting concepts.
• Front-end familiarity, including the ability to prototype in HTML/CSS.
• Previous experience within early-stage startups.
